After 35 years working with Shell, I have decided to go for new challenges. I have broad experience with Corrosion Protection by Coatings and Cathodic Protection for the Oil & Gas, and Offshore Wind Energy Industry. I have been travelling over the globe to support Shell assets and projects with coating selection/application/maintenance.
The Box Coating Strategy focuses on developing best practices to select, qualify, apply and validate appropiate coating systems to provide corrosion protection for steel structures and assets. This is applicable for new projects and maintenance purposes.

Review project requirements, contracts and documentation to assure that your asset is well protected against corrosion . Extensive Inspection & Test Plans, project coating specifications and reporting will be created and managed for you.
Project management:
From kick-off till delivery you will be assisted in every step. Quality meetings, progress reporting, risk assessments, coating inspections, surveys and audits are examples of services that can be done for you.
Coating inspections:
Coating inspections take place to supervise the application processes and to inspect objects/projects that must be carried out according to the prescribed coating specifications; procedures, the inspection plan and the technical advise.
Maintenance strategy:
Developing and implementing maintenance strategies is a key parameter for a cost-effective operation of assets and structures.
